During our opening visit, we indulged in several standout dishes that showcase why this café is destined to become a Sentosa institution.
The Fully Loaded Reuben (S$30) proved why New York classics never go out of style. This towering sandwich features double-stacked tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing on house-made rye sourdough – served alongside perfectly crispy chips.
Singapore’s Exclusive Chilli Crab Soft Serve (S$9) was the showstopper of our visit. This terracotta-hued creation, topped with crispy fried mantou, delivers an incredible journey from sweet to savoury with hints of spice that perfectly honour Singapore’s beloved national dish.
The DIY Hot Chocolate (S$8.50) offers interactive indulgence with warm, velvety milk and Coach’s signature “C”-shaped chocolate cubes that melt beautifully into each sip.
